Besides making grammar a bit more interesting and relate-able, the built-in teacher feedback components lets teachers know which students are struggling with what concepts. This quick feedback for the students and teachers saves valuable time on grading the traditional grammar worksheet. And because practice makes perfect, No Red Ink offers and alternative to dull grammar work. For the struggling students, they are prompted with hints and clues so that they may progress according to individual need.
After trying it out for myself, I can see that this would be an extremely beneficial tool for those of us who teach grammar.
Basic Account vs. Premium Account There are no substantial differences that I am able to discern, and the web site is rather vague about it too. They mention that the premium account will contain "more grammar categories and questions, more analytics and reports on student progress, new features for teachers and students, and full professional development/customer support."
No word on how much it costs, but you can apply here to be a pilot school. (Apply now, there are 200+ schools on the waiting list!)
Until then, I find that the basic account works wonderfully.
